Much in my life has changed since July 2023. I got divorced. I’ve graduated from my 200- and 300-hour yoga programs (thanks, Practice Yoga Austin!) I’ll be a CYT-500 once I complete my continuing education credits.
I told the rights holder to a poem I’m including in my book that I would publish the JLF biography in 2025, so I’ve artificially set a deadline of April 16, 2025 for publishing.
I’ve moved on to poetry for now. I love creating within structured form. Hopefully you’ll see poetry from me!
